We’re now looking for an Operations Systems and Project Office Co-Ordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Kenilworth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional with experience in a technical or governance role to further their career with a leading training provider.
Providing key support and training materials, you will help our customers to develop and gain the skills and qualifications they desire.

As an Operations Systems and Project Office Co-ordinator, you will provide pivotal administration support, manage operations systems and ensure all technology and systems work efficiently and effectively.
In the short term, you will test websites, as well as providing excellent user support on all operations systems.
You will support our internal and external customers through producing webinars and training, creating high-quality videos, user guides and e-learning training sessions to effectively train our customers.
Your role will also involve:

- Assisting the help desk by reporting and solving issues to third party suppliers.
- Testing system enhancements and bugs and fixes
- Maintaining and updating data on the operations system
To be considered as an Operations Systems and Project Office Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Administrative experience in a technical or governance role
- Experience liaising with third party suppliers
- Experience supporting users of software and/or systems
- Good administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT, including MS Office
- A good secondary level of education
