Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. is looking to recruit a Test and Verification Technician. Reporting to the T&V Team Leader, this exciting role involves collaborating with a broad technical team to assure the functionality, integrity, and robustness of all new and existing gas detection products.

**What will you be doing?**
- Work with processes and procedures to assure the functionality, integrity, and robustness of all new and existing products.
- Report on the progress of product testing, including any associated risks.
- Contribute to the writing and review of product documentation.
- Design and develop automated test systems to verify product requirements are fully satisfied.
- Support the multidisciplinary development team to provide pre-qualification and verification testing.
- Help to innovate and drive continuous improvement in testing & verification.
**Your skills & experience**
- Formal higher level technical qualifications within a relevant discipline, such as HNC Engineering or degree, preferably in electronics.
- Flexible and a can-do attitude towards work.
- Ability to work with own initiative and have an innovative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to use standard MS software packages as well as bespoke test software.
- Personal drive to learn new skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills.
- The desire to learn and to undertake a wide range of work-based challenges which will progress your technical engineering ability.
