- Drive sales through social media channels by showcasing product features, benefits, and promotions
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Plan and execute live selling sessions on various platforms, engaging with audiences in real-time to promote products and answer questions
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by upselling products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating product information and benefits
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Support customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain organized records of sales and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Organizational skills to manage customer accounts efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
- Experience in conducting live selling sessions on platforms like Instagram Live, Facebook Live, or TikTok
**Job Type**: Apprenticeship
Pay: £6.50-£11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
