The post holder is responsible for managing a generic Health Visitor caseload within a defined population. They will be required to follow the 4 principles which underpins the health visiting philosophy: The search for health needs, stimulation of the awareness of health needs, Influence policies affecting health and facilitation of health enhancing activities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the Post will involve managing a clinical caseload of children aged 0-5 years. Work autonomously to assess, plan, implement and evaluate health care interventions to meet the health and related health needs of individuals, groups and communities.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
