**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Goods In and Goods Out Management**:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods, coordinating with relevant departments and carriers.

**Stock Control**:
Maintain accurate stock records through regular stock checks and reconciliations.

Monitor stock levels and generate reports to identify discrepancies or potential shortages.

**Administrative Duties**:
Handle administrative tasks related to stock control, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Generate and distribute stock-related reports to relevant stakeholders.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination of stock-related activities.

Communicate effectively with suppliers and carriers to resolve discrepancies or issues.

**Quality Assurance**:
Assist in quality control processes for incoming goods, reporting and addressing any non-compliance issues.

Implement and maintain quality standards for stock handling and storage.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in stock handling and storage activities.

Implement best practices to minimise risk and maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Proven experience in stock administration, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace industry.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Knowledge of aviation industry regulations and standards related to stock management is desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
