Hotel Receptionist

Based on the edge of Tyrone and Armagh, we are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team here at The Ryandale. As a Receptionist, you will contribute to the first impression, greeting our guests and ensuring all their needs are met.
You must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Taking, amending and dealing with accommodation, restaurant and function bookings.
- Assisting with admin tasks as required by management.
- Dealing with guests queries, and giving advice on the local area.
- Liaising with Housekeeping department.
- You will deal with the payment of guest bills, transactions and check-in, check-out procedures and ensure all queries and requests are dealt with satisfactorily.
- It helps if applicants have flexible working availability. E.g. Day, evenings & weekends
**Qualifications and requirements**
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent qualification
- High proficient in the English language both spoken and written
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent customer relations
- High level of IT proficiency including Microsoft Office packages
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Salary will depend on previous experience.
