Junior Cabling Engineer

**Job description**

We are looking for a trainee engineer who has some knowledge of data network cabling deployment Cat 6/6a.

**Duties and Key Tasks**:

- Working alongside our skilled team learning how to become an installation engineer
- Installation, Termination and Testing of cables, Cat6 & 6a / Fibre
- De-Patching/Patching Data cabinets
- Installation of Wireless Access Points in various settings (Internal and External)
- Documentation, Labelling and marking up Schematic Diagrams electronically
- Regular travel throughout the UK and Europe
- Undertaking training courses after probation period

**Skills/Competencies**:

- Full UK Driving License
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Happy to travel
- Understanding that the role is both Inside and Outside during all weathers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00 per year
