**What will the apprentice be doing?**

What you will learn:

- How to plan and execute social media and paid marketing campaigns
- How to research client industries, latest trends and features of social platforms
- Use data and statistics to manage and execute marketing strategies
- How to track, measure and report on campaign results
- How to execute community and content management

Specifics:

- Producing copy for social media posts
- Developing content ideas for clients and PMW’s own literature
- Researching data and statistics
- Seeking and leveraging the latest trends and new features on all social platforms
- Assisting the social media team with community management content
- Proofreading and suggesting changes/corrections to colleagues’ content
- Implementing entry-level paid social campaigns
- Any admin helpful for the depts including creating influencer lists, scheduling social content, influence outreach, updating social media compliance information, generating client reports, and ad hoc admin duties

Analytics
- Track and monitor a campaigns performance with a regular reporting
- Analyse data to identify the target markets and optimise campaigns
- Analyse the traffic and visitors to social media platforms
- Follow up and analysis of campaign results

Business/Agency experience:

- Develop and maintain excellent, lasting client relationships
- Actively participate in creative and planning meetings
- Support on business development with existing clients and/or identifying areas for improvement
- Share knowledge with colleagues that support on delivery of targets and objectives
- Maintain project data and information on our online workflow system
- Research client and industry keywords and technical terminology to maximise digital campaign output
- Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of current social media trends

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Upon completion of the programme you will recieve a level 3 diploma in Content Creation. Training is done once a month at Creative Process Digitial located in central Brighton. You will also have 1 day a week to study from home.

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**

Upon completion you can expect to progress within the company as PMW are really looking to grow their team. As well as growth within the company you can also expect to look at jobs such as social media and content manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£16,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Billingshurst: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
