**The Company**
Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for an Investment Administrator on behalf of a Bromley based client operating within the finance sector. The client is a well-established company which prides itself on innovation, inclusivity & commitment to employeesatisfaction.
**The Role**
This is a permanent and full-time role. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working and is distributed across the days of Monday - Friday.
Within this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the effective functioning of your department. Working closely alongside your team to provide / create reports, correspondence and documentation which contributes to a high-quality client servicedelivery and the meeting of objectives.
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting in general administrative duties
- Gather and maintain data which will effectively assist in client account administration
- Onboard new clients and provide them information / reports / data about their portfolio's
This role would be suited to someone who has previous experience working in an administrative environment.
Good attention to detail and an ability to use initiative alongside an adaptability in the workplace is desirable for this role. Alongside:
- Proven accuracy skills
- Intermediate in MS office
- A Levels or L3 Qualification & GCSE's (Grades A-C in Maths / English)
- Professional and positive attitude to work
