**JOB PURPOSE**

To provide a comprehensive, professional HR support service to business in ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and operating procedures. Maintaining and developing the company’s HR database and reporting system. Working closely with Payroll and external providers to ensure the effective coordination and communication of all employee benefits provided by GRS.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administer the Cascade HR database.
- Provide system reports and analysis to support Directors and Managers in the effective management of all teams.
- Provide management data requests as required.
- Develop effective working relationships with Key stakeholders across the business through an approachable manner and customer focused service delivery.
- Be the first point of contact on a range of HR issues and offer advice, undertake research or refer to senior management or external advisors as necessary.
- Support the HR team by being able to prepare on boarding documentation when required.
- Support managers with all employee relations challenges
- Provide guidance and support to managers on company HR policies and procedures updating policies as necessary.
- To be a key role in managing the HR process for new business acquisitions.
- Assist in employee benefit reviews and renewals. (i.e., Pensions, Death in Service, Private Medical Insurance.
- Preparation and distribution of all company staff announcements
- Regional support to offices on all HR matters including travel to sites.
- Provide system reports and analysis to support key managers in the effective management of all teams.
- Provide management data requests as required.
- Support with the data gathering and processing of the monthly Payrolls when required.
- Complete project work and ad hoc tasks as required.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- CIPD Qualified
- Payroll Knowledge/Experience

**EXPERIENCE**

A generalist HR Professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience is essential. Previous experience of working with Cascade HR software or with other leading HR systems within a professional organisation would be useful. Highly organised and detail conscious
