- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or other accounting software
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
