**Assembly Operator - £25,000 for 4 days per week, Fridays off - based in Shepperton, Middlesex**

Assembly/Production Operator for small batch production

Processes that are required to be carried out include:

- Assembly of very small components to fine tolerances.
- Wire bonding of electrodes to flexible circuits using 30µm wire.
- Gluing of components.
- Resin filling assemblies and resin bonding.
- Some processes are carried using a stereo binocular microscope.

There is scope to learn other processes including:

- Wafer Dicing
- Laser Welding
- Machine lapping
- Measurement and Inspection
