This is an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic & long standing team in our growing business, which would ideally suit someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn about our exciting range of products, looking for a long-term role, rather than a stop-gap and who is committed to delivering practical and effective solutions to our customers.
Based at our Lewes offices, this is primarily an office-based role, however occasional visits to customer sites may be required, to help identify potential solutions to their security issues.
With our overseas business growing exponentially each year, we would ideally like someone with export experience to help facilitate the smooth delivery of our products to our customers all over the world.
**Responsibilities**
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Insights’ product range
- Handle inbound sales enquiries
- Provide accurate quotes as required
- Close and process orders
- Help with Insights’ continued growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure own product knowledge and training is kept up-to-date
- Updating online selling platforms with products and order fulfilment
- Day to day office administration
**Requirements**:
- **Must have**_
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to assist customers through purchasing decisions to ensure closed sales
- Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Ability to work independently but at the same time work closely within a supportive team environment
- Strong customer service/sales experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of export and overseas shipping
- A basic understanding of DIY and how everyday things work
- Experience of selling on E-Bay & Amazon
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office), training will be given on internal systems

- A hands on and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
Hours 9 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Monday - Thursday & 8.30a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Friday.
Starting salary £24-26k, Contributory company pension scheme, Free on-site parking, Convenient A27 location. (20 minutes’ walk from Lewes Train Station)
