**About the Role**

As a marketing executive, you will be working alongside our CEO to plan, deliver and evaluate our marketing campaigns to ensure that they deliver tangible results.

**As part of your role, you will be responsible for**:

- Implementation of the marketing plan.
- Developing strategies to promote King & Allen and drive quality leads to our stores.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and owning their implementation from ideation to execution
- Building on our variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including:

- pay per click campaigns
- publicity
- social media
- lead generation campaigns
- Content creation and content curation for our website and blog that attracts and converts leads.
- Overseeing and approving marketing material, from digital mediums to hard copy brochures and client case studies
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight and assessing against goals

**Requirements and skills**
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with a growth mindset and desire to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and developing strategies to appeal to them
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns and the ability to manage an external agency
- Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or more junior role.

The role is based in our head office in Surbiton, Surrey.

**Salary**

£25-28k

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
