**THE COMPANY**

The successful Lead Product Analyst will have a great opportunity to join a company that is currently gaining exponential growth in the retail/comparison sector As a Lead Product Analyst you will be driving data-driven decisions to improve products withinthe business

**THE ROLE**

As a Lead Product Analyst you can expect to be involved in the following;
- Managing and leading a team of 2
- Analysing product data and conducting experiments with a/b and multivariate methods
- Working with a variety of tools such as Python, R, AA, GA etc
- Communicating with stakeholders across the business to drive data driven decisions within the product space
- Defining metrics such as conversion, ltv, ROI etc
- Being the go-to data person within the product space, working with multiple product squads

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

The successful Lead Product Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

- Extensive Product Analytics experience including the use of a/b tests and/or experiments
- Experience managing in some capacity
- Excellent communication skills as you will be regularly communicating with stakeholders across the business
- Experience in strong SQL, with good data structuring/modelling experience
- Ideally experience with tools such as DBT or Snowplow
- Experience with tools such as GA, AA, Python or R is desirable
- Experience with a visualisation tool such as Looker/Tableau/Power BI
- Proven ability to define success metrics
