Are you ready to be part of one of the fastest-growing property portfolios on the south coast? We're expanding our dynamic in-house team who are dedicated to maintaining our commercial and residential properties to the highest standards.

As a Groundskeeper, your responsibilities will include:

- Grounds maintenance:

- general landscaping
- grass cutting
- strimming
- hedge cutting
- weed control
- planting
- litter picking
- jet washing
- Perform small property maintenance tasks and weekly fire alarm tests
- Ad-hoc duties as required to keep the grounds to a high standard

Skills & Requirements:

- Experience in similar roles with keen attention to detail
- Full, clean UK driving license required. A company van & equipment will be provided.
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must reside within a reasonable distance of Fareham
