Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth and timely shipment of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including Airway bills, packing lists, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in office procedures and protocols
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to carry out clerical duties effectively
- Competency in computerised data entry systems
- Familiarity with microsoft programmes
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
