**Position Summary**:
This position reports to the Operations Manager based in EMEA. This is position is responsible for coordinating on-site Direct Line Feeding (DLF) activities. This role builds relationships with the customer and has potential growth opportunities whilst ensuring agreed service levels are met and exceeded when appropriate.

Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the Direct Line Feed, liaising with Customer, Procurement and Quality employees when required.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Regularly scan and replenish DLF bins, ensuring on site stock availability, paying particular attention to empty bins, keeping them to a minimum. Whilst identifying and addressing the root cause.
- Ensuring the delivery cycle is kept in sync so to avoid risk of delivery threat with the warehouse/procurement teams.
- Identify opportunities for BOM rationalisation and standardisation, whilst ensuring potential redundant stocks are kept to a minimum. Use the bin activity report within Cardex to assist with this.
- Build and supply DLF Kits to the customers required schedule with the goal of 100% OTD and zero shortages.
- Highlight to programme administrator variations in usages reviewing reasons for variances and address with customer accordingly.
- Managing customer relationships by acting as the on-site Boeing Distribution Services_ _contact.
- Dealing with internal and external queries/complaints.
- Respond and negotiate to manage shortages and customer enquires with assistance from the TRT.
- Provide assistance with sales analysis / forecasting and setting of targets
- Attending monthly business reviews when required
- Any other requests from External operations Manager or Programme administrator.
- Complete 5s associated activities on a weekly basis.
- To comply with Boeing Distribution Services mission, values, quality systems, procedures and ISO manual.
- To keep the External operations Manager and Programme administrator informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas as well as general updates on a regular basis.
- To participate in project groups in Boeing Distribution Services including Monthly team conference calls reporting on any highs and lows, warehouse issues, training requirements, new business opportunities and health and safety issues.
- To identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency.
- Comment/advise on undesirable conditions within the organisation, and propose potential solutions for improvements.
- To participate in occupational safety and health effort, completion of quarterly self-assessed risk assessments to be displayed and held centrally.
- Contribute to a positive and inspiring working environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)**:

- 1-2 years of related work experience within a similar environment
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Attention to details
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Detailed oriented, well organized
- Basic Microsoft Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in lieu of education

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- 2-4 years of related work experience (preferred)
- **Education**: Associate Degree, Certification or related field of studies (preferred)
