**As an internal recruitment consultant at index, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent to fuel our business growth. Your role will include;**
- Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to meet our evolving talent needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and goals.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle efficiently following our world-class processes.
- Setting and achieving ambitious goals and targets.

**Essential criteria for the role of internal recruitment consultant;**
- **Personality**: you spend more time with your colleagues than you do with your friends and family, so the personality of a colleague must be helpful, not harmful.
- **Purpose**: our mission is big, and getting there will be hard. We need everyone pulling in the same direction to make it more achievable. An individual's purpose is critical to us achieving our goals.
