**Responsibilities**
- Manage the processing of the monthly payroll ensuring a high standard of accuracy
- Predict and plan for future payroll requirements (through the use of reports, advice and experience)
- Ensure the combined payroll system is enhanced and used appropriately to increase efficiencies across the UK and Ireland
- Manage End of Year processes and ensure legal obligations are met
- Manage benefits and incentive payments through the PAYE settlement agreement
- Ensure P11D's are produced on time, in accordance with legal obligations and in liaison with finance
- Ensure the overall perception of payroll professionalism is maintained
- Identify processes that may be streamlined to increase productivity
- Work with other departments to offer advice and make recommendations regarding the compensation and benefits packages
- Ensure salaries and benefits meet legal obligations
- Assist the HR Director with job analysis and compensation classifications as and when needed
- Assist HR Director in evaluating and bench marking data on the benefit plans in place.
- Manage GDPR obligations pertaining to the job role in conjunction with the HR Director

**Role requirements**
- Extensive Payroll experience
- Numerate with an eye for detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in a team environment with ability to work on own initiative
- Articulate with excellent writing skills
- Discreet, professional with good communication skills
- Exceptionally well organised and efficient
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

This role is a 12 month contract, therefore you would be required to start ASAP.

The role will be office based 3 Monday - Wednesday, remote Thursday/Friday.
