**Cover Supervisor**

**Job Type**:32.5 hours per week, Term Time plus 1 week

**Location**: Fakenham

**Salary**: £16,825 - £18,416 pro rata per annum depending on experience

**The Role**

The Academy wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join their Cover Team to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include the supervision of classes when teachers are absent and to carry out other supervision duties such as form time, break/lunch supervision and administrative tasks as required.

**Skills**

Applicants must be adaptable and resilient with good interpersonal skills.

The ability to gain the respect of students is essential.

Applicants should ideally have had previous experience of working with young people between the ages of 11 to 16.
