**About the Role**:
To provide assistance within HR and Payroll, along with on-the-job training to cover all aspects of an administrative role within the department.
- Admin support to HR / payroll manger.
- Collating and checking timesheets.
- Petty cash checking and payments to stores.
- Procurement for stores.
- Administration responsibility for internal training platform
- Photocopying / Filing.
- Word / Excel use of payroll spreadsheets / contract writing etc.
- Highly confidential.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Communication / Organisation skills
- Team working
- Working knowledge of Microsoft
- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).

You will complete the Business Administrator Level 3 as part of the role, the training will be provided by Optimum skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £5.28 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
