Job Title: High School Pastoral Team Member

Position: Pastoral Team Member

Location: Rainhill

Start Date: ASAP

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the pastoral team to create a positive and supportive learning environment for high school students.
- Provide individual and group support to students, addressing behavioural and emotional concerns.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere within the school.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the overall school community.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working specifically in a high school setting.
- Strong background in behaviour management and pastoral care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passion for supporting students' well-being and academic success.
- QTS Desirable but not essential
