Associate Trainer

We are a training provider that delivers virtual and face-to-face courses, covering leadership & management, communication skills, Microsoft Office training, First Aid at Work and project management. Courses range in duration from half a day to 3 days. We are looking at expanding our team of Associate Trainers to deliver training across the UK.

TRAINERS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING COURSES:

- Manager Essentials
- Communisation skills
- Excellence in customer service
- Introduction to project management
- Emergency First Aid at Work

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- An excellent communicator
- An engaging, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To deliver inclusive and engaging training sessions, both virtually and face-to-face as and when required
- To design and update training materials to meet client's requirements as and when required
- To provide attendance records and assessment feedback within SLA's

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience of delivering training courses and assessing learning objectives
- Level 3 Education & Teaching Qualification
- Own equipment for delivering First Aid courses
