**Background **Pristine Gardens Limited is one of few companies in Worcestershire with the backing of two major associations: The Association of
Professional Landscapers and The Arboricultural Association. We have a passion for delivering the highest standards and leading the way in Horticulture, Landscaping and Arboriculture.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual join either our, Tree Surgery or Garden Care teams.

**Objectives **The objectives of the job are to:

- Build upon current skill sets so as to become proficient at all forms of tree surgery or garden care
- Ensure that quality of their work is maintained to a high standard

**Accountable to **David Phillips, Managing Director

**Responsible for **
- **Working relationships **The Trainee will also be expected, as required to liaise closely with clients, sub-contractors and managing director

**Key tasks **The key tasks are:

- To work with the team to meet and exceed client requirements
- To work with the team to build gardens to the highest of standards
- To work with the team to keep the job organised and tidy
- To implement Health and Safety policy as appropriate
- To assist in ensuring the teams tools, vehicle and workspace is always kept clean and tidy

**Core skills / knowledge **The core skills / knowledge experience required for this position are:

- To be willing to build upon and learn new skills in tree surgery or garden care.
- Competent with the operation and daily maintenance of small plant and machinery
- Communication
- Attention to detail

**Salary **An initial 3 month probationary period on basic pay plus all basic benefits (Pension, holiday etc), progression will be based on individual’s performance.
Monday - Friday 7.30 - 4.30, plus opportunities for weekend overtime

**Other **The Trainee must hold a clean driving licence for UK use, or be able to achieve one within their first 2 years with the company.
