**Langstone Quays Resort - Hayling Island**

**Up to £10.42 an hour**

**Roles and Responsibilities of a Kitchen Porter**:

- Wash crockery and utensils
- Daily clean of kitchen areas
- Deep clean of kitchen equipment
- Keep stores areas neat and tidy
- Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
- Report failing equipment to Supervisor
- Report Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
- Communicate effectively with staff
- Provide porter support with deliveries
- Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time

- Calm under pressure during busy periods
- Can work at pace during busy periods
