**Salary £30,000 + Realistic First Year OTE £48,000**

**£30,000 base plus Commission**

Our client are specialists in the design and delivery of bespoke workforce and labour supply solutions.

They will partner with you to identify your most critical workforce and labour challenges and develop bespoke solutions to resolve them.

A unique, brand new desk is on offer to work alongside some of the largest 'NETZERO' accounts and support their hiring and growth plans within those clients.

Whilst this isn't purely an Account Manager position, there is a large percentage of this role that will be managing relationships with the clients, including visits.

There is a great need for this role to be very heavily focused on CANDIDATE ATTRACTION

A NET ZERO desk - which is fast paced, emerging, future proofing and very very busy

This role is placing engineers into the field who will be mainly involved in installation within the NET ZERO markets.

The skills and experience you are required to have are as follows...
- Minimum 12 months recruitment experience essential
- Knowledge and experience working with clients and supporting hiring and growth plans
- Be familiar with the recruitment cycle and the importance of working to targets and within sensible weekly KPI's.
