Job Summary

Duties
- Manage and supervise a team of employees
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to achieve organizational goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, goals, and challenges

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: £15.00-£23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
