Following an internal promotion, we are recruiting a new Works Planning Supervisor to join the Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Team.

Reporting to the Assistant Business Manager - Housing Maintenance and Asset Management, you will be responsible for a team providing customer service support to our tenants and works planning for the Repairs and Voids team.

You will be responsible for a range of duties including, but not limited to:

- Ensuring that a high quality, customer orientated service is delivered to all customers, both internal and external
- Ensuring repairs are carried out in the most economical way
- Working closely with the Repairs and Voids Manager and Supervisors to ensure all performance and budgetary targets are met effectively
- Effectively managing your team to perform to a high standard whilst providing a supportive work environment
- Dealing with customer complaints and works planning issues
- Providing effective technical support to Works Planners and Customer Advisors
- Contributing to the design, development and production of appropriate systems, processes, and procedures
