**Job Summary**:
As a Senior Maintenance Specialist you will ensure compliance with TPMS process and tools, and drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to effectively contribute to system performance and customer experience.

**What you will do**:

- Drive continuous improvement activities and maintenance accelerators (like flexible maintenance) to increase system performance after maintenance and first-time right execution in the field
- Drive maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer adapted maintenance management to secure system performance and competitive TCO
- Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution. Audit the delivery of all types of maintenance services before, during and after the event
- Provide support on reviewing maintenance recommendations for Service Contracts
- Support competence development in maintenance for Service Engineers in collaboration with Competence Development Driver and CSO SDM

**We believe you have**:

- 5+ years of experience in a technical role in Processing
- Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts
- Very good level of English
- Team player, sociable, able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
- Paying attention to details, analytical mindset, results driven attitude
- Knowledge of Processing equipment
- Experience in the front line with customers
- Able to work under pressure
