**Job Location**:
Greenbank Project, Greenbank Lane, Liverpool L17 1AG. Due to the nature of the role, the job holder will be required to be flexible in their approach and will be expected to attend external locations to facilitate role objectives. This may include evening and weekend working on occasion.

**Job Purpose**:
Liaising and engaging with schools, training providers, careers services and other partners to drive the recruitment of new learners to Greenbank College and continue to promote Greenbank College as the first-choice post-16 education provider for young people with SEND in the Liverpool City Region.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaise closely with the Careers and Marketing Manager to promote recruitment events across social media platforms and our website.
- Actively engage with schools and potential students by offering relevant information and support with regard to Greenbank’s offer for post-16 education.
- Actively promote Greenbank to maximise student recruitment at exhibitor and recruitment events (skills fairs, local live offer events, etc.)
- Plan, organise and coordinate open evenings and open days to promote Greenbank College’s provision to prospective new students. Liaise with tutors to ensure all curriculum areas are represented at open events and liaise with students to act as ambassadors at any such events.
- Plan, organise and coordinate transition days and visits for new starters.
- Organise and deliver individual and group visits to Greenbank College for prospective learners (and their tutors and/or parents and guardians)
- Maintain and develop Greenbank College’s contact database.
- Produce and present recruitment data periodically to track the progress of recruitment actions and targets and ensure that recruitment targets are being met.
- Coordinate visits of prospective students with the Careers & IAG Manager so that an Initial Assessment Interview is conducted as part of the visit.
- Liaise with schools, colleges and local authorities in order to obtain important information about newly recruited learners, such as up-to-date EHCPs, qualifications on entry, and expected grades in order to match any offer accurately to the ability and career goals of the learner.
- Carry out any duties at all times in accordance with the organisation’s policies including the Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety policies.
- Incorporate into the role the philosophy, values and behavior stated in the company’s mission and strategic plan.
- Participating in continuous Professional Development activities.
- Maintaining awareness of, and acting in accordance with, the provisions of the Health & Safety at Work Act.
- Fulfilling other duties, as may reasonably be required from time to time, including parent / carers’ evenings and College events and attendance at external events.
