Join our team as the Head of Technology in a leading Managed Service Provider We are seeking a visionary and innovative individual to lead our technology function and drive the development of our products and services.

As the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for the overall technology strategy and direction, managing a team of engineers and technical experts, and ensuring the successful delivery of our technology solutions to customers. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute the technology roadmap, manage key vendor relationships, and drive product innovation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap
- Manage a team of engineers and technical experts, providing leadership, guidance and coaching
- Oversee the delivery of technology solutions to customers, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Drive product innovation and development, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of market trends
- Manage key vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and agreements to achieve the best outcomes for our business
- Work closely with senior leadership to align technology with business goals and objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Managed Service Provider
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing technology strategies and roadmaps
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
- Relevant industry certifications preferred

**Salary**: From £65,000.00 per year
