Do you have experience providing office coordination? Perhaps you have worked as a Receptionist or Front of House? Perhaps you have worked as a personal assistant and are looking to transfer your skills? Are you highly organised and able to work to a high standards? If so, we are looking for an office coordinator who will work front of house and be able to complete the following tasks:
Maintain a professional relationship with clients, suppliers and other parties over the phone and face to face visits to the office
Answer calls and take messages, passing onto the relevant employee
Assist in the planning of meetings, arranging meeting rooms and refreshments
Organise any post and distribute to the relevant person
Oversee the management of the cleaning contractor ensuring all offices are kept clean and tidy
Manage all office suppliers and coordinate cost comparisons
Provide support for any travel arrangements
Control and capture information in regards to office equipment issued
Provide any additional administrative support as and when required. This position is a full time permanent role, paying between £22,000 - £24,000.
