**We are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater to join a leading manufacturing company based in LE3.**
You will be working on a busy paint line performing Powder Coating duties and ensuring that metal components get a good and accurate finish.
You will be working the following shift pattern:
Monday until Thursday - 06:00 - 14:00

Friday - 06:00 - 11:00
**Role Requirements**:

- Preparation of metal components prior to powder coating
- Preparation prior to painting
- Working to various tolerances
- Self inspection of work
- Ensuring smooth running of operations and increasing productivity
- Assisting the paint line operatives and shift manager where possible

**Essential Skills**:

- Ideally you will have previous experience performing powder coating tasks or working on a paint line
- You will be hard working, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexible approach
- Be available for overtime if and when required
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
- Have strong communication skills
- Must have good organisational skills
- Willing to learn and grow in a high-performance production team
