The role of the New Business Executive is to ensure that The Skills Network grows the B2C sales function by contacting individuals who have shown an interest in The Skills Network’s Government Funded Skills Bootcamps / Adult Education Budget courses.
You will be responsible for engaging with learners throughout their enrolment by completing initial screening calls and information, advice and guidance calls.
You will actively manage customer relationships from initial interest through to enrolling the learner on the relevant course. You will also manage the future relationship of the customer to identify if there is another course / business area that can supportthis learner. You will also help the business to business team by identifying opportunities for them when speaking to individual learners.
The Marketing Team will provide you with leads, plus you can utilise data from the CRM system and source your own data to ensure that you are successful in the role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Hitting individual sales target
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with learners
- Working in conjunction with onboarding teams to ensure five-star customer experience
- Adhere to KPIs set by your line manager
