Atkinsons Residential & The Letting Line is a very well respected and established Residential Sales, Letting & Property Management family run practice based in North Enfield.

**The Opportunity**:
We're looking to recruit superstar to be trained both in house and externally. Full training will be provided while gaining invaluable work experience in our busy office. The training course is administered by Knights Training Academy and is to be completed within just 12 to 18 months. At the end of the apprenticeship you will have the tools to take your next step on the career ladder, hopefully with Atkinsons Residential.

Bright, outgoing, friendly, self-motivated, smart appearance, well spoken with good grasp of English language and basic mathematics, happy to work as part of a team or alone, well spoken, hungry to learn and progress, be able to take instruction, good telephone manner and eager to please.

To be considered for this program you will need also to have minimum grade 5/6 in both Maths & English and have your own car (car allowance paid).

**Training Award / Salary**:
During the apprentice period, you will receive a training award ranging from £17,000 to £20,000 plus performance related bonuses. The course is fully funded so there are no additional training costs for you to pay.

You will be required to work four days mid week from 9 to 6 and every Saturday from 9.15 to 4:
