You would be learning directly from a Partner and work closely with an experienced researcher at the start of your career.
This business is a recognised leader in promoting diversity within executive search and is an active member of many groups such as; The Diversity project, 1000 Black Interns, etc.
Their client base consists of some impressive clients such as; Goldman Sachs and a number of private equity funds, private credit funds, investment banking firms, etc.
**The Role and You**
- Joining this business as Executive Researcher your role would be varied and dynamic. Your responsibilities would consist of;_
- Desk-based research alongside working closely with senior consultants on searches
**The Offer**
- £30,000 base salary + annual bonuses
- Regular salary reviews based on performance - one researcher joined last year on a £30K base salary and has had two pay rises in a 12 month period
- Extensive training and mentorship program
- Clear and transparent progression - it is achievable to reach Partner level within 8-10 years
- Private healthcare

- Regular socials
- Degree educated from a top 30 university and achieved a 2:1 or higher
- Strong A-Level results; AAA/AAB
- Commercial experience is highly beneficial such as; internships/work placements or experience working in a professional environment post-graduation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisation and time-management
