Job Summary:
We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team in providing excellent customer service and support in our shop. As a Shop Assistant, you will assist customers, maintain the shop's appearance, and ensure smooth operations.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Assist with visual merchandising and creating attractive displays
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support other shop functions as needed

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
