Our client is a leading Pharmacy group with community pharmacies based all across the UK. They are currently seeking a commercially focused Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Wolverhampton (WV6) on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday toFriday, 9am to 6pm (closed 1-1:30pm for lunch).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation that invests heavily in training members of their team.

**Ideal Requirements**
- GPhC registered Pharmacist.
- Ideally MUR accreditation and ProScript experience.
- Ability to lead a team and successfully run a store.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build good relationships with both customers and staff.
- Enthusiastic with an ambition to succeed and help to maintain exceptional professional standards.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Ensure all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered will be crucial to your success.
- Build working relationships with GPs, Healthcare Professionals, and customers from all walks of life.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality dispensing and patient centred clinical services.
- Ensure you have a hands-on approach which will enable you to provide an amazing service and a wide range of medicines and products as you meet the unique healthcare needs of every customer who comes through your door.
- Ensure payment claims are accurate for anything covered by the NHS.
- Proactively develop Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical and company requirements/ systems.
- Focus on the day-to-day business, as well as medium term operation, you will be expected to regularly audit staff, services, systems, records, and standards.

**Role Specific Competencies**
- Up to £37,000 depending on experience
- GPhC fees paid
