- Due to expansion of apprenticeships, we currently have a vacancy to join our highly successful apprenticeship team, as a Coach/Mentor in Apprenticeships.
- The Coach/Mentor will support and guide apprentices to 100% timely achievement, attain excellent employer and apprentice feedback and assist apprentices and employers to prepare for the end-point assessment for the apprenticeship standards. This will include visiting apprentices in their workplace to carry out quarterly reviews so some travel will be required.
- Working from our Business Services team in Farnborough, the post will include working with employers, apprentices, and working with colleagues from across the College to deliver outstanding apprenticeships in a way that supports effective learning and high levels of retention and achievement.
- Applicants will need to be qualified to at least level 3. A high level of motivation, administration skills and organisation are key, and applicants must also have excellent communication and IT skills.
