We are currently looking for Pastoral Leader to join the International School of London at the start of the 23/24 Academic year. The International School of London was originally founded in 1972 and was amongst the first schools in the country to offer the International Baccalaureate programme.

This is a new role to expand pastoral care and guidance support. The Pastoral Lead has strategic leadership and implementation oversight of all aspects related to Pastoral care and student development and well-being across the Secondary school and within the Diploma College. The Pastoral Lead works in collaboration with the wider senior leadership team including line management of the Head of Year Team, to ensure an excellent pastoral provision across all year groups, where every child can flourish and is supported to be highly successful. They collaborate with other departments and the school leadership in order to deliver the strategic aims of the school in line with ISL London’s mission and values.
