- Orsett Hall is a 4-star hotel and perched on 12 acres of landscaped gardens in the Essex countryside, just 40 minutes outside Central London, and features boutique accommodation, superb dining, elegant function rooms, a gorgeous Chapel and a boutique spa._
**THE ROLE**
- The ability work under pressure.
- The ability multi-task.
- To be adaptable.
- To be self-motivated with the ability to complete routine and non-routine tasks as needed.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and question information received.
- Basic numeric skills - being able to do basic calculations.
- Good IT skills
- The ability to use own initiative and work on your own when needed.
- The ability to communicate and empathise with a diverse range of individuals.
- To build and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- The ability to effectively communicate with guests and employees on all levels; an approachable person with a smile.
- The ability to be flexible - able to work weekends, late evenings, early mornings and Bank Holidays. Please note that there are no night shifts as part of this role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.55 per hour
