**Clinical Auditor - Hybrid**

Clinical Auditor - Nurse, Paramedic, Physio, or Occupational Therapist with previous experience working in a disability assessor / ESA with audit experience. This is a new opportunity to progress your career with a leading, multinational organisation in a senior role with further opportunities.

Work will be a hybrid or home based.

**Responsibilities**
- Working under the management and direction of a Quality Team Manager (QLSTM) the Quality Auditor plays a key role within the Business by quality checking (auditing) Assessments written by Disability Assessors (DAs) to the standards set by the in-house Clinical Governance Team and in accordance with the PIP Assessment Guide.
- Where required the Auditors will provide appropriate written audit feedback to support the DAs on-going learningand development. In addition to the quality checking processes the and may provide support via telephony, virtual or face-to-face activities.
- To maintain a comprehensive and topical understanding of PIP and Clinical Guidance Notes emanating from the Clinical Governance Team, pro-actively seeking clarity if required.
- As part of the audit feedback process to recognise strengths in the written reports making specific reference in the feedback
- To undertake any other duties, as required by the Business commensurate with the role.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a PIP or ESA Auditor is highly desirable.
- To be an experienced UK registered Health Professional with a minimum of two years post-registration experience and previous Clinical Assessment experience.
- Currently hold DWP approval as an Assessor
- To have experience of clinical effectiveness, quality assurance standards, feedback, peer review, audit methodology and, or impartial review
- To have demonstrable IT skills as the process involves using bespoke IT systems.
- To have an in-depth knowledge of the physiological, pathological, social and cultural issues which underpin the PIP assessment criteria and attention to detail.
- To have a working understanding of clinical governance.

Full training will be provided, and hours of work will be during the day from Monday to Friday.
