**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an outgoing Optician who will report to our Training Manager as part of our dynamic Training team.

How you will contribute
- Understand the business model, objectives, organisation and processes of the company
- Responsibilities include handling claims, conducting lens assessments, and other office-based tasks when not traveling.
- Training of LINDBERG Partners Worldwide
- Contribute with coordinating of stakeholders on all Training activities
- You can expect frequent travel, exceeding 65 days per year, to various locations for training, events, and client engagements.

Who you are
- You are a skilled and hands-on optician with a passion for precision and engineering in our highly technical brand.
- Relevant master or bachelor’s degree, preferable a bachelor in Optometry
- You possess excellent manual dexterity and demonstrate a keen interest in the technical aspects of the optician profession.
- You are comfortable with public speaking and fluent in English to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Speaking more European languages will be an advantage.
- You are able to work with a structured approach and optimize time efficiency.
