**Job description**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Associate Director to join our small dynamic and fast-paced team. The Associate Director will work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives, as well as provide leadership and guidance to staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Directors to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, including preparing financial reports, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other external partners.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues that could impact the organization's operations or reputation.
- Work with the Directors and team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growing the organisation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience management role, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets, projects, and teams effectively.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and issues in a complex organisational environment.
**Salary**: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
