**Team Leader Pre-Assessment | Salary dependent on experience | Liverpool | Full Time**

Spire Liverpool are recruiting for a Pre-Operative Assessment Nurse to join their dynamic and Friendly team on a full-time basis.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Assess patients’ health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
- Completing pre-operative checks and referring on for review as and where needed
- Liaising with GP’s to follow through on any extra care needed to reduce cancellations
- Liaising with anaesthetists and specialist consultants
- Run enhanced clinics
- Management of team

**Who we're looking for**:

- Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
- Have a minimum of 5 years surgical nursing experience.
- Extensive experience in Pre-Operative Assessment unit
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Clinical Nurse specialist course in POA
