Deli Supervisor

**Deli Supervisor - Mulgrew’s Food Hall (EUROSPAR)
- 696 Saintfield Road, Carryduff, Co Down, BT8 8BU.**

**Rate of Pay**:£12.00 per hour

**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications/Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 12 months previous experience at supervisory level in a food to go setting;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with customers;
- Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent working knowledge of food safety principles as they relate to a retail deli.

**Key Tasks**:

- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the deli and hot food counter;
- Serve customers and assist with food to go enquires;
- Prepare sandwiches and wraps in accordance with customer requirements;
- Effective implementation of Health and Safety Policy and HACCP plan in relation to deli and hot food counter.

**Hours of Work**:
The deli will be open Monday to Sunday with typical shift times being 6.00am to 3.00pm.

**About Us**:
Mulgrew’s Food Hall is a family owned convenience store (approximately 6,000 sq. ft) which is currently under construction in Carryduff and will be opening late February 2023 in partnership with the Henderson Group. The new store will carry the EUROSPAR brand and will include a deli and butchery.
