**about the role**

As the **screening advisor**, you will be responsible for ensuring that all pre-employment screening and vetting has been carried out for all temporary staff and contractors that are supplied to our clients, in line with internal policy and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.

You will be providing administrative support ensuring all staff screening is complete and appropriate documentation is obtained, verified, and recorded according to Service Level Agreements.

**Your ultimate objective** is to ensure work is delivered within the agreed SLA and the team is achieving their KPIs.

**about you**

Ideally you will have previous experience within an onboarding, pre-employment/background checks environment or have an interest in HR and compliance.

You must be able to demonstrate great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience and strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence and the ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft office and excel in particular is required.
