**Product Coordinator, Aftermarket Parts Specialist**

**Permanent Contract, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week**

We are looking for an individual to join our Aftermarket Team who will help build and maintain a world leading portfolio of aftermarket parts for all makes and models of farm machinery. Our goal is to provide our customers with a comprehensive range of products they can trust to maintain and repair their machines.

**Typical functions of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Defining which products to sell
- Carrying out market research to understand customer needs & usage
- Calculating target cost & selling price to meet customer & business needs
- Part of cross-functional team ensuring all parts meet regulatory compliance
- Determine appropriate & compliant go-to-market packaging
- Work with Supply Management, Quality Control and Marketing to deliver new products, create launch and sales information
- Support Sales with technical product related questions/training
- Support QC with delivery or warranty issues
- Monitor Sales of parts over the product lifecycle & manage accordingly
- Stay abreast of industry opportunities & customer requirements
- Understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction
- Experience within commercial and retail environment
- Experience of delivering business goals with
- Strong time / resource management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken communication and organisational skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel
- Agricultural industry and machinery / parts background is advantageous but not essential
