**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a Scheduler to join our Planning Team. This key role involves managing the planning and capacity of all operational resources to ensure optimal service delivery. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, primarily remote, with weekly travel required to our Burnley office. Operational days are Monday to Sunday, with rotational weekend duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with field staff and internal departments to effectively manage resource capacity, ensuring service continuity.
Address and communicate potential issues impacting customers or operations.
Provide daily operational support through various communication channels.
Maintain accurate attendance records for field staff and manage downtimes to minimise customer impact.
Conduct audits to ensure data integrity, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
Continuously improve capacity planning processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Manage ad-hoc duties as required, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness.

**Essential Skills**:
Strong educational background and superior communication skills.
Proficiency in customer service and understanding stakeholder needs.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office/Google Suite.
Proactive problem-solving skills, focusing on precise and timely execution.
Independent work ethic with strong planning and organisational skills.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
Analytical skills to identify trends and assess operational impacts.
Experience in resource planning and service operations.
Familiarity with FLS systems and operational processes.
Knowledge of UK geography.
